    I am a Cert. Trauma Informed Tantric De-armouring practitioner and sacred spaceholder of feminine embodiment meaning I have a soft and honouring approach to the body. I hold space for the feminine to flourish through
    The Anchor: a de-armouring session
    The Pleasure: a private spa treatment

    I believe that in order for the body to start releasing what's longer serving us we must feel safe. We lean in when we trust. The feminine within all humans opens up, unwind and surrender when we feel seen, meet and held. That's what I offer in my sessions.

    It's ALL about the journey! I'm deeply passionate about creating and curate mesmerising dance experiences. I facilitate both Conscious Dance and Ecstatic Dance journeys where I verbally guide the space and curate the sound journey as the DJ. As well am I thrilled to play Club Gigs around the world. I'm the founder of the female DJ community Femme Frequencies & the DJ collective UNTAMED.

    I'm all about guiding into deeper states of relaxation, pleasure, and presence. This I offer through delicious Auffguss sessions, Sauna Seduction. Each session offers an invitation to let go, melt into deeper connection with your self and surrender to the ever unfolding now.

    MÅNE KLUB is for women who want more out of life - no matter what “level” of self development. A women’s circle dedicated to deepening your understanding of the menstrual cycle and embracing the natural rhythms of being a woman. Synchronised with the seasons - 4 times a year.

    REMEMBRANCE is a 6-month deep dive into feminine embodiment, nervous system regulation, womb and cyclic wisdom, art & devotion in co-creating with Anna Prana.
