When we feel safe the body naturally starts to reveal what’s ready to be processed, felt and potentially released.
That is the very essence of what I offer.

De-armouring is in its essence meeting the body in presence where it’s holding onto trauma, shutdown or protecting a wounded part and slowly allow the nervous system to receive new imprints of safety. When we feel safe the body naturally reveals what is ready to be felt, deeply held and potentially released. We can do as much breath work, bodywork, yoga, plant journeys, detox and meditations as we want - but if the body is still operating fra survival controlled by trauma responses (fight/flight, freeze/fawn) we can not make permanent change. De-armouring is a trauma resolution and a path to root-level rewire of what has been suppressed, protected and held in the shadow.

De-armouring is a soft approach to the body and is designed to dissolve the physical and emotional tension, stored in the facia, that is holding you back in life. Through this process of allowance and being held, felt and witnessed in a loving, non-judgemental and non-interfered presence you'll receive deep wisdom on your body's responses, patterns and strategies and slowly build more capacity to receive new imprint of safety expanding beyond your conditions and into essence.
The 4 principles I work with:
REGULATE: the process of tuning into your body, softening into safety, leaning in, and learn how to self-regulate and co-regulate our nervous system by understanding your bodily signals, melting whats holding on to pain. We work with needs and boundaries and how to communicate with and not against your body.
RELEASE: the process of allowing yourself to release stored tension, emotions and past narrative that are keeping you from fully embracing your life and live in your truth and authenticity.
REWIRE: the process of understanding and eventually shift outdated patterns and beliefs and foster new empowering ones by feeling held and met in your needs and boundaries. We work with self image, inner child healing and parts work.
RECLAIM: the process of slowly taking ownership of your body and your sensitivity and take physical home in your body and deeply understand and met the signals while slowly building a language between body and mind - the process from seperation to connection.

This offering is such a sacred and honouring space for you to lean into and feel held and nurtured.
Welcome to your 1 day immersion ♥️
The session begins in the infrared sauna where you get 50 min. to just softly land with yourself in your private space.
After you have melted in the heat and refreshed in the cold tub we will land together with sacred cacao and somatic movement which will naturally open the container to transition into the tantric de-armouring session.
In the following week we reconnect online for an integration call.
In a session like this where we have space to really open and soften it is a possibility - if your body is open and a yes - to work with pelvic and external yoni de-armouring and sexual blockages.

A private day immersion with infra-red sauna landing in into a private spa experience followed by a sacred cacao ceremony, myo-facia movement & tantric de-armouring as well as integration.

MELTING // Nervous system relaxation
This is for you who are longing for relaxation and support to soften what has hardened. It’s a combination of oil massage and a tantric de-armouring approach. It is not a full de-armouring session, where we go deeply into root trauma. It’s a change to be in my hands and presence and sink into deep surrender and eventually prepare for a full de-armouring in the future.

Should life turn out in a different way planned and you need to cancel or postpone your treatment this shall happen 48 hours before your session in order to receive a full money back return. If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before I’ll withdraw 50% of the price. If you cancel on the day or less than 24 hours before I’ll withdraw 100% of your total amount.And the opposite way around if I cancel or postpone your session then you’ll of course receive your full amount back and I’ll contact you to reschedule.
